Pure Organic Virgin Coconut Oil is a raw and unrefined food product. We craft our oil in compliance with ISO 22000: 2005 Food safety management system standards, USDA-NOP, JAS, EU Organic, Halal, Kosher standards using fresh coconuts.
Our process is carefully temperature controlled to ensure that the coconuts are never heated above 60ŸC. Our unique temperature controlled cold pressing technique allows to retain the natural antioxidants and the healthy fatty acids such as Lauric acid found naturally in coconuts. From growing the coconuts to pressing the oil, our process does not use chemicals or solvents and also free from genetically modified organisms.
Innovating the mechanism of process, meeting the best quality standards and upgrading the inherent knowledge of traditional methods of oil extraction today, is a new state of the art coconut oil manufacturing factory which is capable of providing 5,000Litres of Organic Virgin Coconut Oil with a capacity of processing 120,000 coconuts per day under the guidance and license of Coconut Development Authority (CDA). With our state of the art factory, the natural scent, flavor, taste, antioxidants, and nutrients of the products are preserved throughout the process. It's proud to mention that only we, Pure Organic Products have a state of the art bottling plant where all the bottles are washed and sterilized at 120ŸC for 30 minutes before filling.

Coconut Flour
This versatile flour is finely ground from dried, defatted coconut meat. It is gluten free, high in fibre and low in carbohydrates, making it an ideal ingredient for Celiac disease, Diabetics and those concerned with lower Glycemic Index. It's fairly high in protein too. Coconut flour can be substituted for up to 1/3rd of wheat flour in standard recipes. It has a high dietary fibre content than wheat flour and many other kinds of flours.
Coconut flour opens up a world of delicious baked foods. It’s obviously a huge advantage to many. When you make these into muffins, breads, and cakes, they are quite filling (probably because of the fiber content). The flour is also “sweet” by itself because of the natural sugars in the coconut, meaning that you don’t have to add much sugar. Organic Coconut Flour is produced from milling the defatted, dried matured white coconut meat.
The processing steps are: cracking the coconut, removing the husk and shell, grating the meat, drying the meat, pressing out the oil, milling, inspection and packaging.
